My team at Publicis Sapient conducted a thorough design audit of the Costco mobile app to pinpoint key areas for improvement, leading to fast-paced, iterative ideation sessions with the client’s design team. We chose six standout ideas to present to the client in-person using detailed illustrated storyboards of customer journeys integrated with high-fidelity Figma prototypes, winning a large project with Costco.
